Q: Can I make a pick up at the warehouse to save on shipping?

A: We do not offer a pick-up service out of our warehouses. Our Shipping is 100% free to you - so sit back and let our hardworking staff deliver right to your door.

Q: Can I pay with a money order?

A: We prefer payments be made online with a credit card. If you don’t have a credit card you can send a money order. Please make payable to One Touch and mail to: One Touch Massage 9909 South Shore Dr., Suite: 140, Plymouth, MN 55441 Please include the item # of the product and/or model #s of the items you wish to purchase.

Q: How do I know my item has shipped?

A:  You will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number and the delivery date estimate. The email will be sent to the email address you provided at time of check out / payment. Please watch for the emails as they sometimes end up in ‘spam’ or ‘junk mail’ in-boxes. You can also check on the shipping status by visiting the FREE Shipping page.

Q: How much to ship to Canada?

A: I’m sorry, but we are not shipping to Canada - our friendly neighbors to the north - at this time.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: I’m sorry, but we are not shipping overseas at this time.

Q: Can you ship my product overnight, 2day or have delivered on a Saturday?

A: At this time we do not offer expedited shipping options. UPS Ground Shipping Time cannot be specifically guaranteed to your location in all cases- please place all orders accordingly.
